Returns & Refunds Policy

- Please contact support@emitperformance.com prior to initiating a return.
- A packaging fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items, such as clearance or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return.

3. Return Process
- Email support@emitperformance.com to request a return authorization.
- Follow the provided instructions to ship the item back to our warehouse.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us immediately at support@emitperformance.com.
- We will facilitate the return and issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.
